Honor friends, colleagues, and family members in a meaningful way with a tribute, or memorial gift. Your gift to SNMH Foundation can be used to support the area of most urgent need, or you can designate it to a specific program.

Tribute Gifts

Tribute gifts can be made to honor birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, newborns, graduations or other special occasions. They can also be made in honor of a special person who has touched your life such as a physician or a hospital staff member.

Memorial Gifts

A memorial gift is a wonderful way to remember and honor a loved one who has passed away. Families may request memorial gifts, in lieu of flowers, to be directed to an area of your choosing at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital.

Recognition

A special letter recognizing the gift will be sent to the honoree or the family so they know a special tribute has been made for them. 

Gifts totaling $1,000 or more will receive special recognition on the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital's Gifts in Memory Wall where your loved one's name will be permanently displayed.
