Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Cancer Support Groups 

Although COVID-19 restrictions won’t allow for groups to meet in person, there are a variety of cancer support groups still active in our community. The groups may meet virtually, but the positive impact they have is real. Check out the groups below and share with a friend or loved one who has been affected by cancer.

SNMH Community Cancer Center Woman-to-Woman Cancer Support Group For women living with cancer, this group offers support and information while sharing the cancer experience during this stressful period. Transformational Wholeness: Integrating Body, Mind, and Spirit If you’re a woman with cancer or a caregiver, this heart based group will teach you how to transform limitations into wholeness. We use dreams, life experiences, and guided imagery to become fully aware of our complete selves by integrating physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Every Tuesday 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. via Zoom. SNMH Harp Therapy Support Group Enjoy the healing power of music and friendship! Fridays 3:00 by Zoom for anyone affected by cancer including patients, family caregiver or those with a cancer history.
