Employees are the heart of Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital.

Your giving makes a difference in the lives of your patients, fellow employees, and community. Please consider giving a gift to the SNMH Share the Spirit Campaign and donate today.  

Over 120 SNMH employees gave $5, $10, $20, one hour or more of pay or PTO hours per pay period, or a 1-time gift. You can give $5 or more, and designate where your donation goes.

Options Include: 

  • Our most important need for this year: the Share The Spirit Fund

Our employee directed fund supports employees, patients, and our community, including the Employee Crisis Fund and Holiday Helping Hands Program.

The Share the Spirit Fund Has Recently Supported: 

  • Crisis funding for employees and their families
  • New furniture and staff break room improvements
  • The hospital vegetable garden
  • Holiday Helping Hands gifts and meals
  • Software for the Auxiliary Gift Shop
  • Support for the Dementia Patients Music & Memory Program

  • Tablets for patient education and music

  • Partial funding for a new golf cart for the Security Department

Share the Spirit Funding Requests

Employees on the Share the Spirit Committee meet quarterly to review proposals for projects that are submitted by employees. Projects must be under $5,000 and outside of the hospital’s normal operating budget.
