Development & Event Associate, SNMH Foundation

Rayna Hess brings over 25 years of extensive experience in event planning and coordination to the SNMH Foundation. With a background primarily rooted in the corporate sector, she brings a unique, results-oriented approach to the non-profit world. From large-scale galas to intimate gatherings, Rayna is dedicated to elevating our events through fresh, innovative ideas and engaging guest experiences.

For Rayna, her work is deeply personal. With her husband born at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital and raised in Nevada County, their move back to the area was a natural transition. You’ll often find their family of four at the local baseball fields, supporting an FFA event, or enjoying a community car show on the weekends. Rayna’s passion for her work is driven by a sincere desire to contribute to the community she is proud to call home and where she is raising her children.
