In her role as Major Gifts Director at the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation, she leverages a lifelong admiration for the organization to drive meaningful philanthropic impact. With a diverse professional background spanning finance, marketing, event planning, community outreach, and fund development, Caitlin brings a comprehensive skillset to the Foundation’s mission. She is particularly dedicated to fostering genuine, impactful relationships with community members who champion local health initiatives. Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys cooking, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with family and friends.
